Noni (morinda citrifolia) is a fruiting plant native throughout the South Pacific and parts of Asia, and grows wild here on the Big Island of Hawaii. Like the awa, the noni was brought to Hawaii by the Polynesians, as it has been used for thousands of years for its curative powers.

Noni has been used to treat ailments of all sorts, from conditions as severe as cancer to as mild as allergies or indigestion.
